I know this guy from working. He's an electrician. I've done a dozen jobs for him in the past ten years and he's helped me on many of mine. I know the guy is in his 70's. And this is what he does. He dyes his hair and he had some kind of cosmetic surgery on his eyes and he kind of stages the way he dresses to make himself look younger. And he does this not out of vanity but so that no one questions whether or not he's too old to be doing that kind of work.  I don't know his story but I'm guessing he'd rather be retired.

The only people I ever met in Chicago were Mexican and Eastern European. The Eastern European dudes acted like they'd kill somebody for ten bucks.
