Anyhow. I just started having this really sharp pain like a burning needle right at the base of my left thumb where it connects to my wrist.  i don't really use my left hand for anything so I don't know how it came about. I'm thinking arthritis. Maybe I need like Rimadyl.

I like it when there's ice jams. Although that's morbid on my part like gawking at a train wreck.  I don't live close enough the the water for it to be a calamity but for those poor saps down there, it can't be any fun getting inundated with dirty slush water in the middle of winter in the middle of their living rooms.
Same with tornados. I want to run toward a tornado just to see what they look like up close. Snow, storms, ice, clouds. It's all cool. The Earth is a great planet. It's beautiful.

So, Where does it end?  How does it end?  Or does it ever?
It never ends, unless someone more powerful makes a decision how to end it.

Make a fist with your thumb in and move tour hand side to side. Tell me if it hurts.
No.

I don’t like too cold or too hot.
There's one week in September like that.

Could be. It doesn't feel like something that's going to go away.

I get stuff like that often now.  Weird pains for no reason. Sometimes for a minute, sometimes for a month or more. Then one morning they are just gone.  Maybe back in a year, or not.

Where's Varna? Is that Bulgaria? It's almost time for me to watch that Dracula movie with Gary Oldman that plays every year around this time. I think he was on a horse drawn carriage heading to Varna. That movie really made me hip on the idea of having one of those carriages like that if i lived back then. They look way way nicer than anything I've ever driven.
Varna is 80 miles east of my hometown on the Black sea. My aunt lives there.

Did you ever see that movie Apocalypse now where Robert Duvall is walking around jabbering about surfing when shells are exploding around him and Martin Sheen says about him he was just one of those guys with that weird light around him. He just knew he wasn't gonna get so much as a scratch.  That's how I am.  Shit like that doesn't happen to people like me.

Why?
It doesn't hurt when I rotate my wrist but it hurts when I move my thumb at that bottom joint.
Chimps have hands like us. actually so do raccoons. What a crazy advantage that is. Being able to grasp things is a game changer.

There is nothing like a snow storm in Montreal. I miss it.
