If your systolic is below 100 and/or your HR below 60, you shouldn’t take any BP meds.

I was just thinking about that. Trump hates that guy and has for a while…looks like. And he’s feeding him to the wolves now. But I don’t know if they should have televised that. It was savage.

So. I'm trying to be a better person, incrementally speaking, without putting in a whole lot of effort, going anywhere or spending money. I made dinner and did all the dishes. I might as well make myself useful seeing as how I'm not doing anything but waiting for houses to be built...if that's even going to happen.

Trump's the odd man out on the whole Ukraine thing. The Europeans want war, but they want it to be our war. Mass killing does no one any good. I'm thinking back since I was born. There were only a couple scattered periods when we weren't in some war somewhere far away enough that it didn't really concern us enough to stop. Luckily...very luckily...none of it splashed on me because of my age. Perfect timing. My Irish grandfather used to say that. He was too young for WWI and too old for WWII...just right for Prohibition though. That must have been hell on him. But he was very resourceful. I'm sure he managed to stay unmanageable. War is hell.

Whatever it takes to end these wars and terrorists it has to happen. The world leaders, the established ones, here and in Europe, the UN, EU, they are all complicit. It is like some evil cabal out of a movie. And the main source of funding for this black hole of killing is our taxes and the nation's line of credit. It's surreal.

My brother that just died got sent to Vietnam. Nothing happened. He didn't get hurt. He was an asshole when he came back but I think he was like that before the war. I couldn't even imagine that happening to me. The draft had ended by the time I was 18. I had to register but it meant nothing. There was no draft and there was no war...unless you count Grenada. That was 45 minutes of hell on Earth...nasty sunburn, seasickness. The human race is so fucked up it's incredible. We have to wage war just to keep people from wiping each other out. I would have gone to Grenada.
