Teas are the second most common drink, after water, for humans. Probably green tea. I should just grow that shit.

I'm going to cut down on caffeine, lose 15 pounds and limit sodium. People like me don't take pills unless we buy them from an unreliable source in the men's room of a bar or a dark alley somewhere.

Whole grains, dark chocolate, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, pistachios, beets*, Broccoli, spinach, berries, bananas, yogurt....

I never tasted a beet before. They just looked gross. I might try them, but probably not. I'll never eat broccoli or yogurt.

It comes down to this:  We never trusted the Russians and we still don't. We neither like them nor dislike them. But we do have a shred of respect for them and that's more regard than we have for our erstwhile 'allies' in Germany, France and UK.

Starmer's already talking about starting a war publicly.

“The UK is prepared to support this effort with troops on the ground and aircraft in the air, but this initiative requires strong US support.”

He wants to start a war with Russia that he can't finish and is counting on the US to swoop in and save the day.  It's easy to see that while Putin may be an evil dictator, he's more honorable than Starmer and Macron. They're a couple of sniveling rats just like Zelensky.

I just saw a post on r/Israel exposed. It has side by side photos of prisoners. The 1st they claim is the condition of a Polish Jew when they were liberated from Dachau. I know for a fact the photo is of a Russian female that died at Auschwitz. The other is supposed to be a Gazan released by Israel and it is beyond fake. The left is just sad.

I'm feeling pretty good about supporting Russia. And for basically the same reason I support Israel and I support Trump....because much like the majority of Americans, I am  sick  of listening to the lunatic fringe screeching about their 'woke' bullshit and specious 'causes' .

I asked Grok and GPT what would happen if Europe attacks Russia. They both said that probably Trump will exit NATO. My people in Bulgaria are saying that the West is preparing for a war.
