It usually is. The doctor has to make a case for the use. The usual cause is the medicine isn't FDA approved for the purpose the doctor is using it for.

in this case the medicine was indeed approved. They denied it anyway. Had to send in the results of all my tests. That shut them up.

My two new ten ply tires that match the ones I got last week for the Ranger. $75 a piece is a fantastic price for 10 ply tires.

Wow. Reports are coming in that the main airport and all its planes have been destroyed in Yemen. The IDF is in control of Yemeni television.
