When I lived in AZ, I ate steak every night grilled over a fire I'd make with mesquite branches...that's supposed to be a good thing. That was before life became boring. I had a dog, a .38 and a motorcycle. That's pretty much all you need.

Years ago the company I worked for bought an oil joint based in Austin. They said it was the Best BBQ to be found  and they have streets of it.

Haven't lived in Texas for 13 years. Haven't lived in Houston for 25 years. I'm aware it's changed. The state and city I knew are forever in the past.
   What's there now is anybody's guess.
