Yeah. I'm not sure how that works. I guess the more European phenotype.  When I lived in Arizona, I worked with a bunch of Mexicans at the University there. What I noticed is that there is a hard-core kind of racial hierarchy. The one guy was clearly Spanish looking - his hair, complexion, his mannerisms. He treated the more Indian-ish, kind of orange-complected Mexicans like animals. I was even appalled. All those Mexicans were very nice to me though.
