The entire human race does not occupy the same evolutionary strata.  To import stone age people into developed nations and expecting them to mesh with our advanced societies is absurd. It doesn't work and never has. That way of thinking has a 100% failure rate. Our species was always geographically segregated - one subspecies from the other - developing at different rates in different directions, impelled by different stimulus. To suggest that "all men are created equal" is an insult to nature and being. We are not meant to live on top of one another in some dystopian multi-cult experiment. The ability to cross oceans does not negate evolution.  Forcing the issue causes conflict - obviously.
