The best policy would be to encourage Europeans to emigrate to the US and greatly restrict the number of those foreigners that are less compatible with our culture.  Our European cousins are being driven out of their homelands by the malevolent and misguided policies of their liberal leaders who have destroyed Western European society by importing millions of  'migrants' from Africa, Middle East and South Asia.
