Politically the only thing I'm not really happy about is the Medicaid thing. Cutting benefits is a really bad way to balance the budget. Especially considering we spend five times more than any other country on Earth on the military. However I'm well aware that paying medical costs for illegal aliens isn't going to help anything. But by the same token I think if they are already in this country we have a moral responsibility to pay for their medical care if they can't. But I sure believe we can cut down on the number of people coming into the country illegally.

Oh...you have both? They shouldn't be cutting that for US citizens, especially retired or disabled. That was what I think we had during the pandemic and it was great. It was the only period of time in the past 15 or so years I wasn't afraid to go to a doctor.
