The prisons here should be like the prisons in El Salvador, China or Japan. The prisoners here are coddled, what with the daily anal rape, tv's, drugs, gangs. 99% of the people in prison are irredeemable sociopaths that need to be segregated from society permanently.

I'd think that whomever is getting anally raped is not necessarily being coddled....😃
