They make these devices for power tool batteries. Although, I would be reluctant to use the 110 outlet. Also, I wouldn't use an inverter over 300w in my car. That's got to wreck a battery.

The power tool batteries are more valuable than the tool themselves. I have anxiety about the whereabouts and well-being of my batteries...battery anxiety.
