Yes, a new 24% wholesale marijuana excise tax went into effect in Michigan on January 1, 2026. This new tax is imposed in addition to the existing 10% retail excise tax and 6% state sales tax.


Huh?  I'm turning Sandinista. This aggression cannot stand.
