Eating small spaced out meals during the day is best for health. Once a day is not good. It puts pressure on the organs especially the brain.
Nothing wrong with my brain and I eat once a day. I USED TO EAT CONSTANTLY. I’M JUST NOT INTERESTED IN EATING ANYMORE. HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET OLDER. I ATE SOME BROCCOLI FOR BREAKFAST. I’LL EAT A CUP OF YOGURT AROUND 3 O’CLOCK THAT’S IT.
