There are two genders and they are not elective. That is in no way open to interpretation. It is a physical, biological reality that does not transmorgrify into something else as an accommodation to delusion. If the parents of these boys want to use their children as political/fashion accessories, they should keep it private.  Expecting society at large to play along is ridiculous.
