The issue is neither 'racist' nor charged. It is merely objective fact.  The crime...against humanity...was to bring them into developed  from Subsaharan Africa and expecting them to successfully engage. It has resulted in misery, poverty, blight and carnage.  Some day, anthropologists will be writing books about the Great Blunder  and its ensuing calamity.
