  America ignored plenty of signs that the Japanese were going to attack Pearl Harbor. That's just stupidity, not some plot.

9/11 also. We knew something was up in the air. Commandeering aircraft and flying then into skyscrapers was beyond the imagination at the time.

So was Japan's ability to take a fleet across the pacific and attack Pearl Harbor. They thought it might be the Philippines.
