This may be an unpopular opinion but Malibu was basically a slum for the rich. They were sitting on top of each other on tiny beaches.

But a darn nice slum! lol  Malibu sunsets are to die for.
Much the same as here, if you want riverfront, particularly on the WV side, you are going to have neighbors. I am fortunate enough to have only one close, on one side, but out in the country I am not.

And lucky that there are no riverfront homes directly across the river from me. It is not the house, it is the location that makes it nice.

It's still normal here... mid 20's. But they say cold is coming.

It's going to be a tense 3 days, like waiting to get out of jail or something. The entire world is on hold.
