I saw the Shining like 300 times. My first job was being an "usher" at a movie theater. That was the best job I ever had. Made like $2.50 and hour, free popcorn, I was pawing at all the candy girls and we drank Boone's Farm in the break room.

I finally had to turn the tv off at 2 am so this little cat would go to bed. She's hooked on nature shows.

Yes. I wondered if that was internationally recognizable.
I have never watched the actual movie, or if I did, I forgot it all.

I don’t watch horror movies. I find them incredibly boring and predictable.

It was over-rated. But the movies of Stephen King stories are better than the books because he's a freak.

The only one I really liked was the one with Herman Munster and only because he was in it. I've been a long-time Herman Munster fan. He doesn't get the credit he deserved. He was a very talented person.

My grandfather was a bootlegger. He was kidnapped by the mafia and they blew his house up. But the Sicilians didn't call themselves the mafia back then. They called themselves "Black Hand". They didn't get their shit together until a non-hillbilly Italian taught them to read and write.

I read that Elon Musk has a self-funded security detail that includes at least 20 guards and medical personnel. Some members of his detail were deputized as Federal Marshals. I wondered because I'm sure all of those bloated chimps in the UN and Europe are terrified of what might come out about their graft and corruption from US sources.
