Ben & Jerry is some West Coast hippy shit I think.  31Flavors had these stores that were really clean and you ordered ice cream cones. When we were little kids until we were teenagers we all played baseball in summer "little league".  It was awesome. We had uniforms, hats, the whole bit. After the games the coaches or the parents would buy everyone ice cream. That was some idyllic Midwestern Americana.
When we went camping in the Summer it was everywhere.

My brother-in-law does that. He has a box scraper for the back. That's what they use to resurface these gravel driveways.
This old boy has been doing it for fifty years. Can do it in his sleep. Comes within a quarter inch of putting that thing in a ditch but every single time he draws back in time. It's like he has eyes in the back of his head. I've never seen anybody work a tractor so well in cramped spaces.

Living out here mowing the lawn is like sailing or playing golf or something. It's a lot different then when you're in some sub looking over the fence at another fence and a shed, playscape, above ground pool, etc etc etc.... But it will be someday.
When I was growing up, we lived in this little strip of land along the lake where all the auto barons lived.  There was this old man that actually owned a farm right in the middle of these mansions and he grew corn and lived in this little white farmhouse on the edge of the high school's property. We all made fun of that old weirdo. We failed to notice that his last name was the same name as the street that the high school was on and his little farm was worth more than all of our families combined and that by now that crazy old man could afford to do anything he wanted and that's what he decided on. I want to be the crazy old man some day

My dad was born in Jackson Louisiana. Guess he qualified as Cajun. I could barely understand how he talked.

I have found that canned tomatoes are better than fresh ones. Oregano is like that too. The dried is way better than the fresh leaves.
Gross! I’m a tomato maniac. I’ll drive 50 mls just to get sweet home grown tomatoes.

I never understood much of what he said. I was 17 before I figured out he was saying "three or four." All I heard was treefo.

I had Sicilian sauce the other night and I didn’t like it. It’s orange. The way I do it isn’t based on ethnicity. It’s based on me being single until I was 38. Like a handful of garlic and cayenne. I used to carry a bottle of cayenne flakes with me to restaurants.
