That was my doing too. I don't know what it is...14?  I have the poor-man's iphone "se" or whatever it is. I don't know the difference. I can't see any of them anyhow.

I like the ipad because it's bigger. I use that in the car to tell me where to turn and also to get online at work.

I resent the demands placed on you when you have a phone. It's a yoke, a burden, a mantle of responsibility because everyone knows you know they're calling and if you don't talk to them, they know you are deliberately avoiding them and the privilege of plausible deniability is removed from the social equation...to the detriment of our species.

I keep my notifications turned off on the phone. Even the ringer. Much better that way.

Texting is the perfect form of interpersonal communication for two people that are not in the same location. It eliminates a lot of social awkwardness and it has a built-in grace period so you don't have to respond right away if you are in the middle of something without appearing impolite.

I keep the ringer off or real low. If I'm at home, the phone is usually in my desk drawer.

Ours is crazy...$200. That's for 3 phones, ipad plus the payments for the devices. Cable's the same. Total bullshit.
