It always starts are protecting the kids and always ends with kids being arrested.
Yeah, not AZ, republicans. We need to work on these headlines. "...Arizona won't extradite the accused SoHo killer to New York, blaming the DA for being soft on crime. NYC's murder rate is half of Phoenix's, Bragg's office says..."
There was another case in Houston where Houston cop shot a man 12 times. The cop actually had to reload to do it. He said he had to do it because he didn't know for sure if the guy had a gun on him or not. The man he shot was a lawyer. He was standing naked next to his own bed. 🙄
Sadly, that kind of thing has not been rare. We have had a few local cases over the years that were similar.
in the 1980s in Houston at an apartment complex on Gulfton road in southwest Houston Police kicked in a man's door and gunned him down like a dog. Without a warrant. They said they had a drug tip. He was a hard-working Mexican guy with a family. His young pregnant wife had to watch while he was murdered. None of the cops got in trouble. Of course there were no drugs.
There are somethings beyond "state's rights", to be a country we have to have a national standards for the big basics, reproduction is one of those. "...Biden blasts Alabama Supreme Court's 'outrageous and unacceptable' frozen embryo ruling..."
