Charlotte has 1800+ officers, Raleigh has over 800. Cannot get a full number in the state but 60 shot in one  would not be surprising, to me 60 seems to be a low number..

Houston has 5300 city cops and 2500 sheriff's deputys. Houston and Harris County jails are connected by underground tunnels. Which then connect to the city and county judges complexes. I was marched shoeless through them all. Fun times...
