UAW promised 400 supplemental workers that if they went on strike at Chrysler/Dodge they'd get PERMANENT full time jobs.
  So they backed the union,and struck.
  Stellantis, the slimy Euro company that owns Chrysler/Dodge, let those people go January 6th.
  The UAW told those 400 supplemental workers , "sorry nothing we can do."  They kept those union dues though...
  Stellantis is moving more and more work to Europe from America.
   They aren't worried about American jobs. They already make some jeeps in Italy. These Italian jeeps are total crap, very poorly made.
   

So, how is the company being a POS the fault of the Union?  Seems you are blaming the wrong people.
