I've noticed that humans kill for money pretty quickly. So if you got unlimited amounts of money you can find an unlimited amount of people who will kill pretty quickly for you. I'm sure it would be pretty easy for a billionaire to start their own private Army.
How long until one becomes a james bond villain? Or has it already happened?
