Not if Biden has him killed, then the court, then most of the republican party. If it is legal, why not? Right?

I saw that postulated in an article I was reading yesterday. That's pretty asinine. It reminds me of what  some people were saying about gay marriage. Remember when they said If gay marriage was legalized that people would just start marrying animals? That's the same kind of stupid argument.
