Happened in Houston in the 1970s. No warrant. Man inside the apartment was gunned down like a dog.
Family was terrorized. But... The victims were Hispanic. So... No harm no foul.

It happens regularly, anyone who was in anyway involved with that needed 25 years in prison. And if not, they needed to be hunted down like the rats they were.
