they say the deadly "kissing bug" is making it's way up from Central America to North Carolina ,Kentucky ,West Virginia and Virginia. The bug's larvae after being implanted in somebody's body while they sleep migrates to the heart where they hatch and cause heart failure.

That might be the one.    I am outside to much to bother with bug spray and such, I reckon if it gets me it gets me.
