It's nice when criminals film their crimes.
They do this all the time. Not unusual. She must have had a decent lawyer. Hope the state had to pay her legal fees too.
Other than the low amount, 3.7 was not nearly enough, what bothers me is that zero people are talking about the judge who signed off on a warrant with no evidence.
That same lawyer has some cases where cops kicked in doors and beat up the people inside with absolutely no warrant at all.
That would be armed home invasion, a very serious felony.
Happened in Houston in the 1970s. No warrant. Man inside the apartment was gunned down like a dog. Family was terrorized. But... The victims were Hispanic. So... No harm no foul. (Sarcastic comment.)
