Since this story was teed up so perfectly, I actually expected the Press to cover it properly. Wow, was I wrong.

Most outlets just repeated Trump’s garbage about it being “very hard” to lower prices. There were a handful that called it “walking back a pledge,” and only a couple opinion pieces that actually said Trump lied. Which he did.

But the two absolute worst were Fox “News” and CNN. Fox basically ignored the whole thing as if it didn’t happen. And CNN decided to go with this ridiculous headline: “Trump just said groceries will be more affordable ‘very soon.’ He’s also said that it might be very hard to achieve.” Beyond ridiculous.

During the campaign, the Press hammered President Biden nonstop over the price of groceries, and constantly repeated Trump’s propaganda. Now, we all have to suffer the consequences of their failures.

And I can guarantee maga will be silent, when their eggs get much more expensive.."

My brother that died last Summer lived in Texas for 25 years. He lived in both Houston, Dallas and Saint Antonio mostly. He told me there is a huge population of I think Vietnamese fisherman there. Anyway he was friends with one of them. Every year when fishing season started my brother would get a license and his friend would not. He said water should be free. My brother said the cops were so used to him they would arrest him once a season for show.
