Ended up taking both orders. It’s like a variety pack of top drawer weed and like 10 bags of gummies. I’m going to float through the rest of this summer.

I don’t know what just happened to me. I somehow placed two orders for the fancy reefer that the kids smoke. They always give me gifts too. Today, a candle, a little pipe and a pre roll. At any rate, my life has taken a positive direction. I spent the day crawling under pine trees with a one-hand sawzall cutting the lower branches away. Nice clean look. This joint’s like being on vacation this time of year.

Flood watch? That’s odd for here. Michigan has excellent drainage.

According to ai, if wealth in America were evenly distributed, each household would have a net worth of 1.3 million

Is there enough available wealth for everyone in America to be more ore less middle class? Probably. But it can never be because human nature is corruptible and there are those who will always seek to have more. The End.

"The Midwest offers some of the most affordable housing in the US, with several states clustering in the $230k–$300k range for median/typical existing (used) home prices as of mid-2026. These are significantly below the national median of ~$429k."

230-300 is "some of the most affordable".  It should be half that.  You have a $3000 house payment? Then the obligatory leased suv...another grand a month with insurance... So you set up a life that goes backward unless you're consistently bringing in like 8 or 9 grand a month and if that stops, you got 90 days before you're living under an overpass ?

How's having all that worth it if you have a bayonet to your back for your entire adult life?

Hawaii: Typical/average home values around $830,000–$970,000+ (often the highest in median sales price data too, frequently $773k–$850k+ depending on the source). Hawaii's limited land, high demand, and construction costs drive this.

West Virginia: Typical/average home values around $170,000–$250,000 (frequently the lowest, with medians in the low $200k range or below).

$400,000–$430,000 for the median sales price of existing (used) single-family homes as of mid-2026 in the US

I think the $215 included tax and homeowners...plus I was in a flood zone. The house itself was probably 100 a month.

The average new car in America is now 50 G’s.   I paid 40 for my old house….it had central ac, nice neighborhood, a GD Japanese maple on the lawn…$215 a month. That’s normal.
