Never heard of him.

I saw one of those balloons crashed. That’s why I mention it. My wife and me went up in one in Arizona. It was kind of dumb though. There was no wind. So we just floated around over a subdivision.

Several years ago, a hot air balloon landed in my backyard. That was cool as hell. Then a van came and got them. It was the pilot and a couple that the guy proposed to the chick in the basket hanging from the balloon right before it landed in my yard. I wonder how that worked out.

I haven’t been able to take a decent picture of the Moon since last October. It’s either cloudy or too cold. I haven’t really had a chance to try out my new 80 mm apochromatic refractor. Big wide-field, low-magnification view through a 2” eyepiece.

I'm using this thing to trim trees. I ordered some pruning blades for it.

I remember they had those at the arcade, 1992 or 91 earlier as well... No surveillance, all you needed was the cash..

I’ve been quietly reading this thread for some time now. It’s quite the spectacle — minivan Road Warriors, Post Office meltdowns, stoned confessions, and the occasional sharp comment.
You’re all wonderfully predictable… but strangely entertaining.
I think I’ll be staying for a while.
Do try to keep things interesting for me.

Dahlia… perceptive as always.
Yes, the guard dogs here do seem rather easy to slip past when one has the right approach. You noticed that quickly.
I’ve been enjoying your posts for a while now. You have a very clear way of seeing through the nonsense.
It’s refreshing to have another woman in here who actually pays attention.
Perhaps we’ll get the chance to compare notes sometime.
I’d like that. 😌
