This is what was happening on the Moon a little while ago. It's pretty much the same all the time. Not much goes on.

Why does a lot of food all the sudden suck?

Oh...

Yes, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) banned brominated vegetable oil (BVO) in foods and beverages in July 2024 due to safety concerns, which could be why you've noticed a difference in taste. While BVO was primarily used in citrus-flavored drinks to prevent the flavor from separating, some manufacturers may have also used it in other processed items, leading to a change in the taste of some fried, baked, and snack foods.

Safety concerns? WTF?

I used to take drugs I bought in the bathrooms of bars from total strangers. I don't give a rats fck about bromide vegetable bullshit.

They're beautiful.

They are so beautiful. And like most cats they know when they are not wanted and stay away from us. Almost all attacks are idiots wandering off the guided tour or entering areas where there is a clear warning.

My wife gave me cash to go to the grocery store to get us something for dinner so I did. I bought some cooked chicken breasts for all the cats and a couple of Coca-Colas, paid with a credit card and pocketed the cash. I was going to buy weed with it but I forgot. Looks like I'm going to stay ...um...in...a state of...like "recovery" until I get enough shit together to drive to the reefer-rama.

There are so many songs I have forgotten to mention books. I mean I remember the music and the books but not how it made you feel.

Wild Elephants Broke a Man’s Legs in a Sudden Attack. Then, They Returned Later the Same Night and Killed Him

"A man was killed in a wild elephant attack while working at a logging site in Malaysia.

Saidi Jahari, 43, was found dead by his coworkers the morning of Oct. 29 in the Gua Musang district in the northern part of the country, per local news outlets Malay Mail, Free Malaysia Today and The Vibes.

Sik Choon Foo, superintendent of the District Police, said the attack occurred in two parts, per the outlets.

Saidi, who was the site supervisor, and five coworkers were sleeping in tents when they heard and smelled elephants approaching the evening of Oct. 28, Sik said in a statement, according to The Vibes. The loggers ran into the woods for safety, but Saidi was unable to escape in time.

The other workers returned several hours later and found Saidi injured with two broken legs.

“They brought the victim inside the communal house for temporary protection. However, not long after, a bull elephant, believed to be the herd leader, returned and attacked them again,” Sik said, per The Vibes.

“After the area calmed, the group returned and found the victim was no longer there. Searches nearby discovered Saidi deceased on the exit path, with severe injuries consistent with being trampled by an elephant,” Sik said.

Elephants don't want those sleazy bastards moving onto their turf any more than we do.

What the fck is "open enrolment "? Why are these pricks calling me non-stop?  I don't understand this. I thought we had "Obamacare" previously but we didn't. It was MEDICAID...or MEDICARE from some extended pandemic program and it was decent insurance. Now we do have Obamacare and I'm not sure what they cover because I have not been able to find a doctor within 100 miles of my house that accepts new patients with this bullshit insurance (Molina).  So, basically, we're paying some premium and we are essentially not covered for anything.  How fckng ridiculous. Yet if I was a Somalian raping my way to the pet-meat banquet I'd have gold-plated coverage, a "Snap" card, a monthly stipend that's more than I earn working and every liberal and their trans-'brother'  pretending to weep for me in a sickeningly disingenuous way to make themselves feel morally superior.

I used to have Blue Cross and it covered every single thing that could possibly happen to a human body and  prescriptions....That was pre-Obama.  I also had a six-figure bank account and a couple of pieces of property.

I lived in Tucson for a couple years. That's like kitty-corner in a way that makes it as unlike Michigan as you can get without leaving the planet. It's apparently the mecca of US ground-based astronomy. I couldn't figure that out. The skies here are darker.... It's the weather. You can't go outside here at night in the winter unless you are insane or in the midst of paradoxical overheating and feel like streaking in the snow. Also,  it's cloudy pretty much every night until spring. Oh well. I guess the rarity makes it more valuable...like our summers.

I had a good friend whom I rarely see over for lunch on Saturday. It was warm. I think a mini Chinook crept in and it rained. We love rain here. Sometimes nature cooperates.

I don't give a shit that the government is closed. I don't care that people are losing their Snap cards. I don't care that they're losing their medical coverage. I don't care that the government isn't paying their energy bills.

...That's how most of us live every day.
