I was 6 when I asked my parents, on Christmas Eve, when Santa’s coming. They said: “There ain’t no Santa. Go to your room.”

My family used to rent a hall on Christmas Eve and we would all drink ourselves stupid and get in fist fights. That was then. Seems like Christmas has lost a lot of its joy.
