The Peak and Plunge: In 1950, Detroit was home to 1.62 million white residents, making up roughly 84% of the city. By 2010, the white population plummeted to just 76,000 residents—a catastrophic 95% collapse.
You should see the neighborhood we all moved to - giant, spatial homes, beautiful lake frontage, country clubs, yatch clubs, trees, manicured lawns, sailboats, pretty girls...zero crime...... It's all so pleasant.
