That is why 3/4 of mine got gutted to the studs. When the back roof, wall, and windows went, the storm came in. They went a little far imo but mold is nothing to play with and you only get one shot with the insurance.

And considering some of the scary wiring we found behind the dry wall, it was a good thing. It is a wonder it had not burned down.

That's how my house is. I think electricity was a retro-fit. I just pretend it's not happening.
