It’s disgusting how they can refuse people basic medications.

I hate how if you go to a hospital, you have no idea what they are charging you for what. You can go in, even with insurance and end up facing financial ruin because they don't say up front what is covered, what it's going to cost, etc. 
They say we have the most advanced and well trained health care apparatus in the world - I'm sure that's true - it's also a luxury of the privileged and a scourge to the unprivileged.
