It isn't even a matter of interpretation. You just have to examine the perpetual disrepair of certain populations to know that they are unfit from an evolutionary perspective to be allowed to safely dwell among us.
The more homogenous the DNA, the more docile and orderly the individual. Also, dumber and sicker. I rather be a mongrel.
