This house was aa damn fine idea when I was single. But one floor, one bath, two tiny bedrooms. It's like a cabin. You know...as in 'cabin fever'.
Girl will be leaving forever soon. You'll have more room. Hopefully your daughter won't hook up with some woman beater when she goes into the wide world. Sons you don't have to worry about.
