This place is a lot of work to maintain but I could never go back to living in a neighborhood. I don't  like driving in traffic, none of that. You can't make as much money but it's so worth it. Solitude and quiet is as good as it gets. If you have that, none of the other shit matters as much.

I get that. I'm surrounded by horse farms. Instead of murdering old horses the farmers here take them in and take care of them for people for a fee. I'm on a first name basis with all the horses.
