Trust me Mark. You don’t want to know the things I would pull if I were the boss lol! I work at a company that has mostly unionized workers and the fckers in upper management decided it would be a great idea to make me and my coworkers (in different cities/ provinces) to have to deal with their payroll. It is insane. The union only benefits the employees that are at a management level but pretty much ignore the actual labour intensive workers. Seen it a million times.
