I don't get the allure of 'vaping'. Do they bill it as a dumber alternative to smoking?

Probably dumber than smoking but I used a vape to help quit smoking.  I haven't smoked or vaped over 5 years now. As far as vaping instead of smoking goes, i think they're more harmful to your health than cigarettes.
