Very conservative I hear. The Cook Islands are even worse. I worked with a guy whose wife insisted on vacationing there. He said it was the worst trip. The heat was to the point where they could only go out at night, you can be arrested for swearing in public and there was zero nightlife. To top it off it cost around $5000 for the trip 20 years ago.
