NEW: New York Police are searching for a man who is accused of r*ping the corpse of a homeless man on a subway after stealing from the deceased man.

New York has a brand, folks.

Police are searching for a 51-year-old man named as Carlos Garcia.

Shockingly enough, Garcia was not the first person to allegedly rob the corpse.

Another individual is believed to have stolen from the man before Garcia found him one hour later.

Investigators have probable cause to arrest Garcia on a count of s*xual misconduct of a de*d human body.

“The poster said Garcia is accused of s*xually assaulting the victim by penetrating his mouth and an*s,” Gothamist reported.
