I have never worked in an all male office before. There was a female manager but she moved with her mostly female staff to another site. I listen to these guys with guns bitch all day. They are actually worse than women with the complaints. They start shouting and swearing at each other because they now feel comfortable with me around. 
I have always preferred working for a male boss. The drama is almost non existent. Fckn female bosses expect you to kiss their ass. Not in my world. The one major difference I am NOT surprised by? The guys say horrible things to each other. They vent and the other guys let them. A female office is like a battleground.
