It’s odd. I’ve been all over the country…maybe. And Michigan is the most seafaring place I have ever been.  Somehow I was thinking that was kind of antithetical to say the over-the-top Mexican motif in a joint like Texas or AZ. We need to tone that shit down. The “Latin X” bit is getting a little too loud for our side of the border.
