I feel a lot better about being American than I did last year at this time. It reminds me of the after-effects of the previous time I voted. It was Reagan in shining armor against the tragic failure of the late President Carter (RIP). That feeling of redemption and reassurance... of being back.

...America is the Big Dog. Sometimes the entire world, including us ourselves, needs reminding of that fact.
