She also cleaned out the crap that people get behind their eyes and accumulate their entire lives. I still didn't know how I wound up with a world renowned doctor on Medicaid/Medicare. But I'm not complaining.

I'm looking forward to Medicare...or whatever it is. What we have now is total bullshit. We pay monthly...not much. But the coverage is so thin I proceed as if I have none. There isn't a doctor within 50 miles of here that takes our insurance and is accepting new patients. Our daughter somehow has better coverage.  I think what happened is that during the pandemic we had some kind of Medicare or Medicaid through the state that was part of that deal. Now we have the "marketplace", which means...you don't get to go to doctors. It's all very confusing.
