I don't think they've got around to that because they didn't think anybody would be crazy enough to consider using it to attack someone. But here we are! 😃
Not attack...defend. Just pop a dart in their ass, watch them take a few steps and fold and then carry on. It's the more peaceful solution - like Gandhi
