I'm all for universal health care for Americans. But we can't give it to the entire Third World too. If we kept America's wealth here at home for the benefit of our own nation, we'd all be better off...we all WERE better off.  Look at what is happening in Western Europe. They are going to have to fight a war on their own turf to undo the folly of wokeness.
